Shaquille O' neal(Lakers) won the IBM-Award for the second time in a row only 2 other players did this before, David Robinson(Spurs) and Charles Barkley ( 7sixers,suns and rockets).

The NBA award for the best defensive player if the year goes to Dikembe Mutombo (7sixers).It's the 3rd time Mutombo got this award. Kevin Garnett was 2nd and Tim Duncan 3rd.

The MIP(Most Improved Player) of this season is Tracy McGrady of the Orlado Magic.(watch the playerfiles for results).

Is Jordan  comming back next season?

He said "if I 'm  comming back it's not for the money not for the glamour it's because I love the game.'But if he's comming back where'll Jordan play? Maybe the Wizards because he is the owner but when MJ stopped he said " I don't want to play for another coach than Phil Jakson." So he could sell the Wizards and play in Los Angeles together with Kobe Bryant and Shaquille O' neal. And when he is going to play with the Lakers he can win a 7th NBA Championchip. But I think he's just comming back to show he 's still one of the best players in the NBA
